The finish which the surface does not have luster, and some irregularities stay, and is mat.

The advantage of this finish being hard to scratch.

“CHINKIN” means ”URUSHI” inlaid with gold technique.

The orchid is respected as lackey flower and is used as a traditional pattern.

“KIKKO” means tortoise shell.

It is said that the pattern of “KIKKO” is lucky and is loved in Japan from old days.

The tortoise is a symbol of the longevity.
